Default Stock Throttle Body?

When I bought my car I thought I knew all the add ons that it had, but I keep finding new ones. Does the stock GM throttle body on a 99 Ram Air TA have 2 throttle cables?

Does your car have traction control? If not, the cable is for your cruise control.

Default Don't know, lol

I am a newbie, having my car for only a little over a month! I do not think I have traction control. I was thumbing throught the manual and where the traction on/off switch is supposed to be I have nothing!

Same exact thing I have where my TCS button would have gone. You don't have TCS, and that extra cable is for the cruise control. IMO, you're better off without the TCS. It's kind of a pain flicking that switch everything I start my g/f's car since hers has it.

The switch would be below the AC controls and to the left of the lighter.....I don't have it on mine so theres a nice cubby hole in its place(holds a cell phone nicely).

Actually, that's normal for hardtop/t-top f-bodies. If you were to have something there, it would be a switch for your top on a convertible. The TCS button goes right next to the foglight switch under the center A/C vents.

Well, being that he has a WS6 thay are in a different place than the Camaros.
The fog light switch on a Pontiac is under the headlight switch.
Yes,(on a Pontiac) if is were a convertible the top switch and the TCS switch would be in the location(next to the lighter) I mentioned in my other post .

Also the second cable is for the cruise control.
