Default Milled 799 heads on 5.3 LM7, max cam lift and duration???

Ive got a SBE 03 5.3L and i got a set off 799 heads that I think im going to mill .030 and use a .040 head gasket to achieve a 10:1 CR but im wondering how much lift and duration I will be able to get away with? I was hoping to use something in the low 230’s @ .600. Can anybody provide any experience or knowledge on this? Also looking at running a TBSS intake so if anyone has suggestions on a good cam to run with this combo im listening.

with the low compression I'd stick to a 22x/22x duration cam .600 lift, since it appears it may be a truck I'd aim for max average torque.
