Default Question about Flowmaster 1 series?

Are they oval/square style mufflers or are they bullets? I couldn't find any pics on the Flowmaster site. Arer they stainless? No info either. Thanks

If your talking about the 10 series, which i think u are, then they are exactly like the rest. only that they are really short. im thinking somwhere around 7/8 inches, but dont quote me on that.

Flowmaster 10 series 1 chambers....

Just put a set on my car. Bought them from Summit. They measure 10" x 10" x 4 1/4". Aluminized case. Can get them in center inlet or offset inlet.

My fabricator had to clearance the floor to get them in. No biggie really. He put 3" pipe off the headers into a custom X, then into the 2 Flow's and dumped before the axle.

So they are Aluminized, so I won't be getting them. Thanks for the info.

Yeah... Aluminized...

I wish they had a stainless version of that muffler. I probably would have upgraded to that one.

With that said.... I got my car back yesterday and I think the 10 series Flow's sound just awesome. Guys at the shop said "sounds like a Mustang". I said sounds like a 400RWHP LS1 with 3" x-piped duals with Flow's!!

I've always loved the old 5.0's with flows though so....

Good luck!
