Anyone use "muffler tape"...??? I was thinking about putting some muffler tape underneath the band clamps, where the Y pipe meets the header collectors to ensure no leaks. Anyone use this, does it work? Where can I buy it from? Thanks...

I used some aluminum foil tape on a recommendation from a member here, got it from ACE hardware store. I'm not sure if that's the same as muffler tape. The only thing i didn't like about it was all the adhesive melted off and made a brown mess on the bottom of my y-pipe.
