Should I Drill The TPIS Throttle Body?

Question Should I Drill The TPIS Throttle Body?

I am having trouble starting my car when warm and cold with my new TPIS 90 MM TB.It is going to have the IAC retuned this week ,But Do I need to Drill a hole in the Throttle blade,and if so what size should I start?TIA

Don't do it. Does it have a set screw to adjust? There is no way you should mess up your nice new throttle body when you are going to get the engine tuned that soon anyways.

TPIS say's no don't drill the blade, tuning will take care of any issue's.

I will live with the hard starting for a few more days,My IAC is as low as it can go due to the FAST 90 mm tb I had what a pos.

Try this first with your set screw to get the IAC counts around 30ish. Drill only if you have to.
