Either one will do you fine. I say choose on looks and price! Like I said in your other thread, I got Taylor '409' Pro Race wires, because they weren't that expensive and they came in red. Also they are 10.4mm while the MSD's are 8mm I think? Not that it matters much...

I installed Taylor wires in '99 and replaced them with MSDs on 02.

After a single use, the MSDs lost the feel of when they seated.

My Taylor wires always gave me that feedback.

I am going back to Taylor wires.

Have been using MSD products for over 14 years with no problems or complaints of any kind. My Dad swore by MSD stuff which is why I started using their products. My MSD wires ohmed out to .025 thousandths resistence compared to the stock wires with .725 ohms resistence. The Taylor wires are also a quality product so you can't go wrong. Get the cheapest of the two or go by the color you like.

i am surprised to say that i had problems with my MSD set only a few months after putting them on.
I totally agree with mitchntx on the point of seat "feel". Mine would not seem to seat and i had issues with moisture and misfires.
I put on a set of Belden wires to prove they were the problem and was shooked that the misfires were gone after that.
I will be getting a set of the Taylors too, soon.
Just my 2 cents worth. ( Headers/plugs and wires all went on at the same time.)

I've got the Taylor thundervolts, and they are definately great quality.

I don't think I'd buy any other wire just because I'm so impressed with them.
I've got LTs and I didn't even need high heat covers, these have stokod up and still look brand new.

I too have had problem with MSD's loosing there "feel" and getting loose and falling off. They have troubles in moisture when they start getting that loose. I haven't ever had a problem with taylors though. The MSD is a great performer the fit just isn't there like on the Taylors.

Man thanks for the feed back guys! I think I will go with the Taylors. I have heard of MSD not seating before, but I thought that was a fluke...

Thanks again..
