Lucas stop-leak fluid?
Anyone ever try the Power Steering Stop-Leak Fluid from Lucas oil products??
My power steering fluid has been leaking recently, and I thought it was coming from the hoses. I installed a new high-pressure hose, a new clamp on return hose, and its still leaking I'm thinking its coming out of one of the seals of the reservoir...
So has anyone tried the stop-leak fluid before? or know of anything that might work? I'm looking for any suggestions....Thanks!

These "mystery goo" products are often bad news.
"Stop-Leak" products do so by either swelling up
seals, or depositing particulates that clog up weep-
holes. Clear stop-leaks are just seal-swellers, cloudy
ones are particle-based or combo.
Swelling up a seal makes it also softer, more wear-
prone, and may hasten the death of internal seals
while temporarily abating a trivial external leak. Had
a TH400 tranny go right to hell after adding a can of
stop-leak, once. Poor investment, even on a $150
beater.
Dumping the particle gunk into a system may just
clog small orifices or filters, even as it plugs casting
or tube pinhole leaks.
