How do you want your car to sound? Right now my setup is QTP LTs, ORY to magnaflow catback. I like the sound right now and it's really loud when you get on it.

Maybe sometime i will do a x-pipe TDs but not right now.

I wouldn't spend more than $400 on a cat-back. That's just silly, a few pipes and a muffler. I'm very happy with my Magnaflow. I picked up 19rwhp on my '98, bone stock otherwise. It sounds kinda like an open cutout, but a little quieter and no drone inside. It's really a bitchin' setup.

Go magnaflow...it is an awesome exhaust...deep rumble, but then it'll roar when it is supposed to, no droan or rasp.

fyi, PM me if you're interested in one with about 1000K miles on it, I've got true duals on the way to me.

dynomax ultraflo welded and the Magnaflow straight through design are some of the highest flowing 3 inch mufflers.

I would go single in single out for max flow. A crossflow muffler isnt as good cfm wise.

Ditto! Sounds Great at WOT! Plus you ( well I couldn't anyhow) can't beat the price vs. quality. IMO

Magnaflow all the way. has a good sound down low so you can hold conversations in the car and when you get on it people will know.

well if there were two kids, one named magnaflow and one named borla, and they got in a fight sounds like Magnaflow would kick Borla's ***

I run SLP LT's, ORY and a Magnaflow - Sounds great, no drone, can be raspy when cold, but quality and fit were EXCELLENT! Only thing I don't like, is crawling underneath the car to wash the polished muffler...

Yeah... what were they thinking! With the 1" drop - you really gotta squirm under there.

I'm getting duals soon with an X-pipe, going under the axle out the back. I was totally undecided on what mufflers to run, but now I think I have my decision. Magnaflows!!! What size (dimension wise) would be good for my setup:
QTP lt's, no CATS
3" duals up to X, 2.5" after X
under axle, mufflers will be AFTER the axle

Didn't mean to hijack your thread dude.

The Hooker catback is as good or better flowing exhaust than the Magnaflow, and CHEAPER too. But what do I know
