race headers what exactically do you have to take out of your car when you buy race headers? being from florida i see no reason to keep my emissions/air crap on, so what do i have to take off?

No EGR on '01 and newer. You will have to remove the AIR system, race headers don't have provisions for this either. It includes a pump and a few hoses. See this site for removal steps:

one more quick question, it is to my understanding that i will need o2 extensions, but dont need sims (all it does is throw a code, which !air does anyway) is this correct? sims do nothing but take code away, and code does nothing?
