Ok so I have finally started modding my 98 TA A4, I got a DMH cutout installed last week and got my LS1 whisper lid and SLP bellow in yesterday. After installing the bellow and lid I have found that the lid just does not want to stay clamped down. This is bothering me because after driving around when you open the hood the clamps are just hanging there. Should I maybe trim the bellow some? The lid seems to fit right if you unbolt the lower air box . . . so I dont think its warped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the lid is pushed all the way back then try to clamp it down. If not just remove the bellow it is not really helping you much.

Make sure the front lip on the lid is IN the groove in the lower airbox (not in front of it).
