Threw a code P0440 - EVAP Emissions Control Malfunction - WTF? What the f* does that mean? I had my car tuned and I thought all emissions stuff was taken out?? Do I have a different problem?

It means your gas cap is loose. Not really a big deal. Retighten it, and it will go away.
