You're going to need a deep impact 24mm socket (1/4" drive), a breaker bar (24"), a three jaw pulley puller (I think the arms are about 6"), and a longer crank bolt to put the new pulley in. I think that's all you're going to need to install it.

You will need a three leg puller to pull the stock one off. You can rent/borrow one at Auto zone for next to nothing. If you do not have access to a good impact and a 24mm impact socket. If not then you will need some one to hold the flywheel for you unless you are a 6spd car. While you use a 24mm socket with very long cheater to break it loose ETC... New GM bolt and install new pulley and tourqe down to 250lbs. So hope you can borrow some ones tourqe wrench that goes that high ETC...Some people notice it and some can't tell you will see gains on the dyno and a little at the track. I believe www.LS1Howto.com has a good write up on the install. Not hard but some shops only charge between 40-50 to install for you could be worth your trouble to pay some one to install.

Perhaps this is over kill but I suggest cleaning out the threads on the crank snout. I had a good amount of metal shavings washed out with carb cleaner.
Also, lubricate the old bolt threads when you are seating the pulley. I found a large washer to place between the Al pully and the bolt because I was not liking the galling the head of the bolt was causing on the Al of the ASP pulley. If you decide to use a washer use it for the last half or third of the install.
Good luck and the above writeup is good.
