Default Cheapest place and cost to get o2's

I need the cheapest place to get a right passenger side o2 sensor. Should I replace the driver side and the rear also? I don't have money for this

there's a dot com for oxygensensors. I dont think theyre a sponsor, so I cant be specific, but lets say they were $12 to $23 cheaper than AZ - depending on wether you mind splicing into the old wiring harness.
