Default Help car is too loud.

With my new headers I had to ditch the cats. I run cut outs at the track but still would like to drive the car on the street. The loudmouth with 1 7/8 headers is just a little too much now.

any suggestions? I need a 3" inlet and 3" outlet no longer than 18" and no more than 5" total diameter. This is to replace the loudmouth resonator.

Default make it a dynomouth

if you want something cheaper than borla then make it a dynomouth, get rid of the resonator and add a dynomax bullet in its place. same as a borla in sound only that it's cheaper.

A buddy of mine has slp lts, slp oryp, and loudmouth... It's ridiculous and I will never be caught riding in his car because he looks like such a douche driving around... another kid with a 01 stang from my high school has straight pipes with slp resonators and it's the worse sounding thing i've ever heard in my life... probably because it's coming from a mustang motor

I agree. With the cats it was not that bad. Now without cats it is just insane loud. I will nto even drive it on the road until i get it fixed. I ended up getting a bullet type borla from summitracing for 112 bucks. Not a bad deal.

For dynomax and borla, which styles are the quietest? The rounds, bullets, oval, or does it just matter which style you want to fit where? I want it to be quiet, but I want to pick the right 3" in 3" out. I am planning on a single drivers side exit.

Loud exhaust is the bombtrack. The longtubes with no cats and that cheap loudmouth slp is just way too raspy. It doesn't sound clean or dirty....it sounds like a 3 year old screaming in your ear. Tone the rasp and get it somewhat clean.... My ported borla-flp longtubes- orp-C1 is loud as a **** with little rasp....I don't sound like the rednecks that live down by the river in their novas.....

Haha "3 y/o screaming in your ear". I heard a open borla with headers and ory. Thats what it sounded like. Loud with a harsh tone that almost make your ears bleed.
