Default Need 4" ID Bellows for 90MM TB's.

I need about 8" of 4" ID tubing to add to the front of my 90MM TB to help prevent heat saturation for my open TB setup.

Anyone have any ideas?

Where do you see the 12" one?

I am not concerned about the price.

All I need is an extension off of the TB to over my radiator shroud that can be slightly compressed by my hood so the inlet is right behind my air ducts from my hood.

THUS, my IAT will read more accurately and my SD tune will function much better and I can work on increasing my HP on the big end.

I just wonder how the same person that wrote or owns HP Tuners can't find a section of 4" silicone online. weird.

That looks pretty well reinforced to me. I doubt it would collapse. When I was trying to figure out how to go MAFless I was toying with the idea of just sticking a cone filter on the end of the throttle body, LOL. I still don't know where I would have put the IAT though. My solution worked out pretty well though.

I made my own MAF-replacement tube. https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagnostics-tuning/222958-maf-replacement-tube-sd-tuning.html
I'm proud of my new mod. I can point you to where I got the piece custom cut if you need some. Aircraft quality T6 aluminum. They have 4", 3.75" ID. It would give you over 95mm of flow.

We are working on the 4.00" hose next week. Sorry we didnt have it in stock. A lot of time we plan on trying to keep 24Ft in stock and then a shop will come and buy up all of our inventory. Then we need to start the 3-4 weeks cycle again.

That picture is of a 3 ply polyester design. We no longer make our hose with a red liner though.

EDIT: We have our hoses installed on Twin turbo 120PSI boost diesels with no problem with burst or collpase.

Magnus, I found some 4" silicone at a local shop. It was a bitch to get on but works great. I have a 85mm lid and fits over the outside of the lid. If I remember right it was around $23-$24 a ft.

TJ, Thanks for the info.

Jim@HighTempSilicone has been very helpful to me via e-mail so I will wait to see what he can offer. I would like to promote his product due to his customer service.
