thermal plenum anyone ever hear of those thermal plenum gasketes like the ones used on top fuel cars for the intake manifold? they are sopposed to lower intake temps up to 75%

The manifold on LSx are plastic (unless you swapped off for
one of the aftermarket aluminum ones) and don't need to
be insulated any more than they are; you can put your hand
on a running motor comfortably.
