Default upcoming induction and exhaust mods.. tips?

Currently have a stock '99 TA 6 spd.

Future plans will include sfc's and bmr 1" lowering springs. For now, I plan on doing some intake and exhaust mods. Thinking about ordering coated pacesetter LT headers, Borla cat-back adjustable, slp kit for the bellows, cold air induction and the lid, the fan switch mod, alternating rear-lights, pro shift 5.0.

I've heard the ground clearance with the bmr springs and pacesetter lt's is good. Will not getting either the tb or the maf make a difference with the above mods? Or will the maf and/or tb be the choking point? I guess I should ask, if keeping the stock y-pipe vs gettign one of the aftermarket ones will make a difference too?

The maf seems reasonably priced with slp's 167 or so price. But 350ish for the tb and ls6 intake manifold at 550ish is just too much for me to do all at the same time.

Also, after the above mods should I get a tune?

Any tips or suggestions are welcome

thanks.

don't touch the MAF sensor. is bad, very bad. if you get LT's you need an aftermarket Y-Pipe. search is your greatest friend
