Weight of a Borla XR1 muffler? I've got a Hooker 3" catback which I've been immensely satisfied with. However lately I've been interested in cutting the fat off the car.
The Hooker has a badass feature: the muffler bolts on using a 3-bolt flange, making it easy to remove and thus shed ~50 lbs from the car. I've heard that XR1's are lightweight, and if that's 20 pounds vs. 50 pounds it would be a nice weight reduction for the price tag.
I've looked at the round version as well as the oval version.
