SLP dual on dual with a Magnaflow muffler or a Borla Cat-back? Also which sounds better?

Back when mine was stock, I put on my Borla system, new Y-pipe, shorty headers and noticed a major gain in SOTP feel. Since mine's a '99, IMHO the shorty's helped the flow a LITTLE better, the high-flow cats helped a LITTLE and the Borla's helped a LOT. The combination met my needs and expectations. If you're like a lot of people here, well, you might want to do the Borla exhaust and then a stall converter next IF you plan on further upgrades. I would do shorty headers ONLY if you just want a handful of HP more and a little more Torque and ONLY if you have a '98-'99 car and need to meet 50-state CARB requirements ... otherwise go LT's and and the Borla ... sounds pretty loud without cats, but, a good combination without too much raspiness. A lot of varying opinions will follow this reply, however, I'm just speaking form my experience and what I've seen in person with others' setups.
