Default 98 Y pipe same as 2000 Y pipe?

I'm looking at changing from my lousy stock "pinched" Y to a decent Y pipe. A guy has one off of a 2000 z28.

Is this a direct bolt-up replacement or won't fit dur to wrong year?

What brand of y is it?

Also, are you just swapping out the stocker, or going to an ORY ?
