Default How thick is the K-Member? Need to drill through it...

cant take a look under right now...but anyone know how thick it is? my driver side header is making a SLIGHT vibration...and its hitting a little peice of the kmember...the headers have a dent in them to clear it, but it seems that it BARELY has any clearance...

im thinking of just drilling through it, and punching a piece out...i dont want to remove the header completly to grind it down at all..

thanks guys...

Push the header back with a crowbar or something and use a drimmel. I cut out about a half inch. You shouldn't have a problem. Just paint over the uncovered steel afterwards with touchup paint.
