Mods on my exhaust WHne i switch over from stock exhaust to true duals am I going ot need to change anything on my car like O2 sensor or snything or will my car be just fine the way it is

i had to get front o2 extentions for my LT's, no rear o2 sensors. i ditched my air pump and cats also. you will have an SES light on your dash until you get the error code deleted
