surging! aight ive had this problem if it is a problem for about 3-4 mo now. i will stop at a red light and about every 4 sec my car will have a little surge like somthing wierd in the exhaust. i never had this when i had stock pipes. is this normal??? did pacesetter make one of the tubes wrong??? plz help
