Exclamation Help me with squeaky engine

Okay, my engine gets really squeaky when it's cold or when it rains. I took off my a/c belt to see if it still made the noise, and it didn't. I put bearing grease on the lower tensioner pulley and it still made noise. I can't remove the top tensioner pulley(the one with the torx screw) to grease it up. I tried removing the screw with the t50 torx size but I couldn't remove it with a ratchet. Has anyone every removed this pulley before. It's hard to get a good grip on it with everything in the way.

I have already tried a new a/c belt, but I still get the noise. I know it's this certain pulley because I can hear the bearings when I spin it. I can't hear the bearings on the lower pulley because I have already greased them.

Okay, you see the 2 pulleys on the lower left to the right of the a/c compressor. I need to remove the top one.

I know that you've tried a new A/C belt. Have you tried installing a new serpentine belt?

Start with the second belt, and then start isolating pulleys..

I know it's not the serpentine belt because I removed the a/c belt and didn't get the noise.

I tried removing the torx bolt today with no luck. I tried penetrating oil and even got some help from someone else and we still couldn't get the damn bolt off. This is by far, the hardest bolt to remove in my life. The bolt's getting pretty stripped. Anybody have ideas?
