NGK TR55 - V Power or Irridium?

NGK TR55 - V Power or Irridium? Which NGK TR55 plug is the best one for a H/C LS1? I am looking at either the standard V-Power or the IX Irridium. I don't want the G-Power since I am opposed to platinum plugs.
Do the IXs offer longer life or better performance or is everyone just using the standard TR55s?

I'd go with the V-Powers. The V-Powers are copper and will give you a better spark. The problem with copper is that they don't last as long. That's the only advantage to the iridiums, they'll last a really long time. Go with the TR55 V-Powers.
