Default Engine Missing, Did tune-up. Any suggestions?

I changed the spark plugs, oil and fuel filter, and the engine ran rough and was misfiring. I assumed it was a bad plug or something spark-plug related. So I changed the plugs again. It is still missing from idle all the way to 6k. I guess I must have broken a plug wire. Has anyone ever broken a wire here?
Any suggestions would be apprieciated

have you tried searching? there's TONS of info on this out there. have you tried the PCM re-learn technique? maybe it is a plug wire since you're tried everything else. you sure everything is back on tight? fuel filter being on incorrectly would prolly cause issues.

If it it a 2000 or older it could be an air leak in the EGR setup allowing unregistered air in the intake.
