Default breather filter

Anyone know where to get that little filter for the breather hose for the air pump for emissions? That is probably why I have that stupid SES light. I just tucked the hose down without putting anything on it. A link would be nice. Thanks in advance.

That shouldn't throw a code w/o a breather. You might want to check and make sure you plugged your MAF and IAT back in.

When I tucked the hose away it's all crimped up and not sucking air in. I made sure that the IAT and MAF are plugged in.

That's the problem. The pump isn't getting the air it thinks it needs.

I know, after I saw pics of someone having a problem installing a lid and asking what the hoses were, I thought to myself oh ****!!!. I had gotten that lid for my 99 T/A and it didn't have that stupid emissions crap for the air pump. Gotta get the breather, the hose is still crimped up btw.

The hose can also suck up water, so secure it in a decent place.

What is "wated" Pep Boys carries the filters also. Just get all the AIR codes deleted with edit.

K&N sells the breather filter that you need. Go to a local autoparts store, they may have one in stock. The K&N part number is 62-1030

I'll just pull the fuses to make the computer reset.

the hose lets air into the exhaust during initial startup to heat up the cats to operating temp.
