Default QTP headers installed with sound clip

I finshed my QTP this past weekend, the header only took 1 1/2 to put in, but the y-pipe was hard cause it came in 5 peices and we couldnt get the y-pipe to fit up there nice so it hangs low so my clearance is about the size of a soda can. I have a sound clip video on ls1sounds its the first one 02 SS QTP's w/magnaflow

thanks to Chad from ls1sounds for the video, here is the direct link http://www.ls1sounds.com/magnaflow/...SS_titus-ss.wmv
or http://ls1sounds.com/magnaflow.htm and its the first one 02 SS

I had the same install as you did. Very easy LT install/ Bleeding knuckles Y-pipe install. I ended up takeing the Y-pipe to an exhaust shop after I got fed up. Should have driven the car w/ open headers to the shop from the get go and saved me hours of frustration.

Sounds good! How's the interior sound level? And how bad is the rasp?

You went with the off road Y with cutouts right? How did you get an exhaust shop to agree to install it with the emissions laws the way they are? We don't have vehicle inspections or anything in Michigan, but most shops still won't install non-catalyst exhausts.

the interior noise is not that bad cause you can control the rpm with a six speed, i had lt's w/ ORY and magnaflow on my 94 Z28 A4 and the sound drove me crazy inside the car

You also had a Vig 2800 stall, the same reason I went with an SLP DD exhaust for my A4 with a Vig 3200. I knew it was going to be loud...
