Default what could be causing me to slip my belt?

I have been having a problem lately with slipping the belt off by one rib lately when at the track. Yesterday, 3 runs, 3 slipped belts. It is just one rib that comes off. I have tried to repeat it from roll runs but it is not consistantly happening. But when at the track it does it each time. My times are not stellar, on Kuhmos and running 12.5x at 117.x....any ideas?

Maybe it is the Belt Tensioner.

Belt tensioner needs replacing. A new stocker ($50) works great. A Katech would be even better.
