How much HP would a set of longtube headers give you are does the HP Vary by brand

I think that rule of thumb is like 20-25 hp and think that brand name really just tells of the quality but i could be wrong.

Possibly 15 to 20 rwhp or more depending on other mods. Brand doesnt really matter as far as horsepower. It more a matter of fit, finish, and quality of the headers really. If I could do it all over again I would have probably got the Hookers with just the black header paint on them or another cheap set. Also check out the sticky at the top of the page intake and exhaust mods. Good Luck

All headers are going to be similar in hp gain. You might see a little more with a high velocity collector such as the qtps, ($$) Just remember you usually get what you pay for in terms of quality fit and finish.

Agreed, if you are looking for quality, don't forget to check the grade of steel they are using.

all make the same ~25hp...some get a little better with different collectors however you pay for the quality not the performance...

I can't tell you horsepower, but with Kooks longtubes and a tune I got an extra 8 mph in the 1/4!!
