Default Anyone have the new Edelbrock headers

I'm looking for a Long tube header but cant see spending $800+ , I made that mistake a few years ago with the SLP's and got hardly no gain, although i know that the kooks and qtp's are much better then SLP's.

Has anyone dynoed the new Edelbrocks with the new Ti coating?i'm looking into these over the coated pacesetters just cause of the merge collector. Also what Y-pipe did you go with and how was the fit. Do you regret getting these headers? How did the install go?

I had a set of the regular Edelbrocks without the Ti-Tech Coating. The quality of these was really nice, but in my situtation, they just simply would not fit. The passenger went in fine, but the driver's side hit the motor mount. I had to get my car up and running so I just overnighted a set of Pacesetters and am in the process of sending the Edelbrocks back. I think I just got a bad set. Get in touch with Kris at Scoggin Dicky and he will take care of you.

I don't think you will find anyone with any dyno numbers from the new Ti coating as they were just released.

True, you cannot go wrong with QTPs.

I believe they are around $400 with the new coating, which sounds like a great deal. $800 i can get a set of headers and an LS6 Intake cant beat that
