Will this work?
I have a quick question...
When I installed my headers, I removed the AIR pump and all the tubing and that round thing in the engine bay. I got the p0410 code thrown (ses light). Perfectly normal....
My questoin is: Can I just leave the airpump attached & plugged up (with nothing else attached) and not have the car throw the SES light?
I know how to reset the PCM and all that stuff, but I was just wondering if that would work. My father is going to drive my TA next week and he would freak out if he saw the SES light.
BTW: I know I can get the car tuned (or LS1edit, etc.), but that will not happen for a while. Also I have o2 sims...
Thanks for the replies.

I dont think. Mine was plugged in and not hooked up, and I still had a SES light. BUt it could be different since I have a 2000. The AIR pump only comes on when you first start the car, but??????(thinking)?????? If you have O2 sims you should be able to do that......Awww I dunno, I dont think this post helps much
