Default O2 Extenders for Pacesetter LT's

I ordered a set of Pacesetter LT headers for my 01 SS. Will I need the o2 extenders and if so what length ? Looks like they come in 12" or 24". Also which connector will I need on my 01 the flat or square one ?

Thanks !

I'm almost certain that you'll need the square connector. Also, when I ordered my Pacesetters from TSP. I purchased 2 - 12" O2 extensions.

Square connector. I had the 24 inch O2 extensions, but I had a ton of slack afterward.

12" on the passenger side and 24" on the driver side worked perfect for my 01.

If I were you, I would purchase 2002 corvette rear sensors and use those. They have a very long wire that will reach anywhere.

You get a higher wattage sensor and the extended wires!

You "may" spend $20 more, but you get far more for your money.

I actually got mine to fit without making extensions for them. All the slack is used up, but not stretched.

Mine came with them, too. I just wanted to buy the extensions with the connectors so I wouldn't have to cut and splice each wire, and I'd be able to take them back off if I ever needed to. Now it's a 5 minute job to revert them back to stock.

The For Sale section's are a good place to find used O2 extensions if you're looking to save a little more money.

same here I'd rathar have the plug & play for a few bucks than screw around with cutting & splicing wires.
I ended up buying (2) 12" extenders from Speed Inc. for around $30 for the pair.
