Should I get a MAF and ported TB?

Should I get a MAF and ported TB? I've got just about every bolt on done, still have stock rockers, MAF (descreened), and TB. The car put down 391 corrected. I've been thinking a ported stock TB, but haven't been on the board looking at much in quite a while. It's ls1 edit dyno tuned, so I'm sure it would require a retune right? My next mod is saving for a rear end to make use of what I already have.

you can get 10rwhp out of a nicely ported TB, doesn't need a retune I dont think. As far as MAF goes, I am not sure. I think there isn't much hp gain from messing around with the stock MAF.
