Radiator cap
This might sound like a silly question, but is the radiator cap supposed to be flat across the top, or should it have a little mound? I ask because I noticed mine has a bubble to it, and when I remove it, it gives a little (i.e. there is a "gap" between the center of the plastic part and the flat part below).
Is this normal? If not, what might have caused this?

Mine is totally flat from what I can tell. Maybe I'm not totally understanding what you mean though. Are you saying that if you were to take the cap off and put it upside down on a flat surface, that it would wobble a little rather than lay flat?

Yes. This is correct. It's almost like the plastic part has (or had at one time) a bubble in it that makes it a hill on top, rather than flat.
