Default Cooling Question

What's up guys. I have a problem. There's no coolant circulating at all. I have a 00' ls1 in a 92' camaro. It has a new radiator, water pump and thermostat. There are no leaks at all. I tested the thermostat in boiling water before I put it on and it opened fine. The top hose does not have any thing going through it at all. When the engine is hot, the coolant is still cold and there's no pressure in the radiator. Does it have something to do with the cooling port under the throttle body? I have it blocked off cause there's no hookup for it.
Any help or thoughts would be great!!!!!!!!! thanks
