Who makes a lid with a provision for the air tube on the '00+ cars?

Who makes a lid with a provision for the air tube on the '00+ cars? I am looking for a lid specific to the '00+ cars that has a hole for the air tube on the '00+ cars. This way you don't have to run a breather. SLP makes it but does anyone else? Thanks.
