Default Ram Air lid higher

Does anyone have any ideas on air intake setups on the TA Ram air lid.

The lid on these cars is higher and the down turn is a good bit sharper than on non ram air types.

With my TNT ring on there is hardly a inch between the top of the MAF and the lid. I cut the stock baffle and it just plain sucks.

Between the sharper downturn / upturn (whatever) and the TNT Ring I have no room.

Has anyone come up with an idea to get around this??

I would like to get a straighter shot into the intake.

I've also thought about drilling and taping the TB, so I can get rid of the TNT ring.

The TNT ring goes over the TB so you can screw NOS foggers into it.

Where can I view this BG ram air system??

777 that looks kewl but my problem is the downturn from the lid to the TB.

With that ring on there and the MAF there is just no room for a bellows.

Plus the height is making it a turn rather than a straight shot.

Can I lower the radiator??

maybe you can get a lower airbox from a regular TA, should bring the lid down a little and make it more of a straight shot...

If your still using the stock lid, I'd suggest getting an aftermarket one. Most people end up triming the aftermarket lid to work properly with the TnT setup.
