You will need a y-pipe for whichever headers you buy, O2 extension, and I would suggest a new set of stock header gaskets. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.

I'm actually putting mine on right now. (Taking a break...) I've got all the stock stuff off, about to put the headers on.

I can tell you that you need a 10mm gear wrench, 15mm socket, 10mm socket, a swivel spark plug socket, penetrating oil, long extensions, good tall jack stands, a good jack, and an assload of patience

Oh, and a good four letter word vocabulary.

the height of the front of the car is key, the higher the car the easier to put in the headers. make sure you have good tall jackstands.

10mm gear wrench is your best friend. Make sure the 15mm is a deep well too.

I got mine in with 14 inches clearance at the bottom of the tire. Had to saw off my block tab, so add a sawzall to that list. Oh, and I took the passenger side heat shield off to get the header in. Once you get under there, you'll see which one I'm talking about. That's a 7mm socket on that.

Have fun, you'll get wore out.

Yes you do, unless you get them tuned out.

I don't think anybody mentioned 2 o2 simulaters for the rear o2's..you need this unless you are deleting them with ls1edit or tuning.

on 98-00 cars you have to have extensions for the FRONT two o2 sensors. You don't have to for the 01-02s. The back two would naturally have sims on them so you don't need extensions for those either.
