Deleting AIR and EGR

how to Delete the AIR and the EGR? i want to delete the AIR and the EGR on my 2000 M6 Z28. how to do that? 
i will need block off plates, right? will deleting the AIR and the EGR set SES codes? can LS1edit un-set these codes? thanks.
