Default help with mac install

I,m putting the pass side back together and noticed the stock manifold had two egr ports and my headers only have one what do i do?

One is for your air tube and ones for your egr looks like you have no egr provision on your header the one in the picture is for you air tube

Anybody know what I should do?I bought these headers off of another member and was told they are for a 99 f body.My car is a 99.

those are for an 01+ car. just !egr or get new headers.

You can plug the hole in your in take with a rubber plug which i have done can't remember the size off the top of my head but i'm sure if you do a search you can find it in doing this you eliminate the egr and will get an SES light if you can live with that or will have to get a tune or sell those and buy a new set

Rubber plug won't do it. Block off plates are very common, you could try a search for them. Basically cut out a sheet of metal the shape of the port, cutout some generic autozone gasket and bolt it shut.

Better yet install the 2001 intake and add 10hp to your header swap.

I thonk he was talking about the LS1 intake/EGR block off thing, not the header block off plates that you're referring to.

The intake freeze plug thingie is 1 3/8" I think btw.
