Default AIR tube breather filter alternative

I used this filter instead of the $10.00 one from autozone. It was about $2.50 at Advance. It's a purolator breather filter. The part # is BXXXXX I dont remember the numbers (threw the box away) but it comes in a 3" by 3" box. Most the breather filters they had came in way smaller boxes. I used the factory plastic tube clamp to attach it (fit perfect) and zip tied it to a brace on the radiator after relocating the AIR tube under a wiring harness. See pics.

why dont you just cut back that tube more and make it where you can see it at all. that will really clean it up. i just decided to rip the whole thing out lol

If I decide to take the whole system out, it would be when I get QTPs. Not sure when thats gonna happen so I'll leave it how it is for now.

That's a good idea. Looks clean too. If I still had my AIR System, that's what I would do.
