Default O2 sensor question

Today I got my car checked for thr SES light. The code was for an O2 sensor (i think it was code 153). The SES light been on most of the time since the header install and the car has been sucking down the gas since then too. The light came on after 100 miles after install, so do you think it went bad from the header installtion? Also wheres the best place to buy the O2 sensors at? Thanks

There are a total of 4 sensors. The front 2 have to be plugged in into the front plugs. Bank 1 sensor 1 and Bank 2 sensor 1. Bank 1 sensor 2 is the one that requires the simm. Same as Bank 2 sensor 2. And the only reason you put simms on the 2 rear sensors is due to an annoying SES light on your gauge cluster. Other than that the rear O2's are there just to read the effincency of the cat's. And if you didnt have O2 simms you would have the SES light but it would not effect the performance of the car what so ever.

Purchase a set of O2 sims, and just replace your bad o2 with one of the back ones.
