GMMG Dual-Duals?
Is it possible to get them? I love the way a TA looks with dual-duals ( slash cut tips ) and I am really starting to like the way the GMMG sounds but I notice it's sold with single tips...
Anyone know where to pick one up cheaper than 700? Or is that the best?

-Sweet thunders- about $120
-Labor price to have a shop do it- $100-$150?
-Sound quality- most likely wicked
Oh, and you can pick up the tips on EBAY for like $50 or so.

when you order ur gmmg just tell them that you dont want the tips. I wouldnt go with the sweet thunder setup. In my mind nothing rivals the sound of the chambered exhaust. From what ive seen though, nothing looks better coming out of t/a rear valance than some stainless steel tips from gmmg.

Mm sweet, thanks Arachnotron!
I was originally thinking of getting LM, but each time I hear it, it doesn't sound as good. I don't know if I plan to add headers for a long time but I want a nice deep throaty sound. Hopefully these aren't too loud though.

first off, if you're gonna duplicate it, good luck and get ready for some FUN mandrel bends. second off, take a look at this thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...highlight=gmmg
it lists the actual chambered mufflers that GMMG is suppusedly using on their systems. looks a hell of a lot more like them than the Sweet Thunder mufflers.
i've talked to Lane about having him fab me up a system like that, but he still hasn't settled on a price on how much it'd be. i'm gonna have to call him again in a few weeks if i can't find a gmmg system soon.

never said it was exact and yes i had to get some mandrel bends. it woul dbe easier to just buy the gmmg if you have the cash and need stainless i didnt at that time . the sound quality was the same though
