Default Kooks header question ???

I have a 2002 WS-6 M6. My only current mod is a MTI air lid. I have a Comp 224/224 .581 112lsa cam waiting to go in, along with a NX 150 shot. And possibly a set of PP LS6 style heads. I want to go with the KOOKS headers but was unsure if I should get 1 3/4 or the stepped 1 3/4 to 1 7/8. I know they say the 1 3/4 are a good head/cam route, but spraying the 150 shot along with it should I go for the "stepped" headers? Your input is appreciated.

I don't think you'll gain much n/a, but it might be worth a little while spraying. Your h/c combo is not extreme so I don't think it will be worth it unless you plan on spraying a lot.

No more than 150 on the spray.

you will be driving it without the gas way more than with. the extra tiny gain you would get on gas wouldn't be woth it imo

Yup save your money and get some other sweet stuff instead. The 1 3/4" headers will do you just fine with your current setup.
