Default Passenger Header Bolt

Quick Question, I got all of the other header bolts torqued down to 18 pounds, but their is no way I can get my torque wrench back their to the last bolt, the headers are to close to the bolt. My question is - is it ok to just do it by hand using a wrench, I got the stage 8 bolts so I dont think its going to back out. Thanks
