air pump wont shut off ?? ok i was told that that whining noise that i hear for a few seconds when i start up my car is a air pump pushin air into the cats to reduce emissions. well the thing is sometimes after the car is warmed up and i start it again that same noise happens as usual but some times it wont go away for a few minutes down the road ?? any ideas thanx
