Default What headers and Catted-Y to pass emissions

I have an 01 Trans with lid, tb, hooker catback, and free mods. I want to do headers down the road and have SEARCHED like crazy but still want a lil more feedback on this. I live in VA and emissions testing is strict from what i understand. The car is daily driven and needs to be compliant to emissions regulation. I really want headers and want long tubes, I am on a budget too. Anybody in VA with a set-up that passes emissions? Just want some ideas.

sorry search ****'s I tried

From what I hear, the Pacesetter LTs with TSP catted-y will work. Check the other thread on this subject.

Well if they do a visual you will not pass with Long tubes only shorties will pass that but as long as you have cats any long tube should pass emissions as long as you are tuned right and dont have a crazy cam or something.
