Default Custom y-pipe?

Hey everyone. I already have my Mufflex 98402C 4" single exit catback, and I've decided I want MAC midlength headers, just for ground clearance reasons. However, I don't know about the included y-pipe. Is there a way to make a custom y-pipe to go from two 3" pipes into one 4" for the Mufflex. If so, how much would it be? I think the MAC's would be good, as I want a quieter, yet free-flowing exhaust.

let me say that you will not get any extra clearance using mids

pacesetter lt's exit so close to the floor of the car that if any higher would hit ... now the collector is 3" and the macs are 2.5 i think, so i guess if you get right down to it you may get an extra .5" ... not enough to make a whole lotta difference.

So if I ran MAC's with the included y-pipe to the Mufflex system, would that be OK?

Well Macs and Mac Y pipe are only 2.5", might not line up with the Mufflex without some surgery.

It fits with stock manifolds and y-pipe, does that make a difference at all?
