Default Question about headers and transmission

I am doing a clutch swap and I just got through doing a head and cam swap. I am waiting on my new clutch to get here. What I am wondering is if I go ahead and install my headers will I still have enough room to get my tranny in there with the headers in place. The reason I am asking is my clutch hasnt made it here yet. This would give me a jump on things if I could go ahead and bolt the headers to the motor. Thanks
